SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all prepaid purchases above Rs. 600. Orders below this value will be charged Rs. 75. Our endeavor is to deliver products within 5–8 days from receipt of order and payment, while deliveries within Delhi NCR usually reach within 2–4 days.

But In case of Floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bharat Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.

RETURN POLICY

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable (grocery and gourmet foods) nature of the product. Please check the package before accepting the order. If the package is damaged, leaking, or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing the refund or replacement.

All claims for shortages, damages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery via Call/WhatsApp at +91-9871878080 or by emailing us at hello@colavitaindia.com. Also, needs to be highlighted with appropriate pictures.

Colavita India will consider the order delivery “failed” if delivery is not done due to the wrong address. In such case delivery charges will be levied as applicable.

Dispatch: Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 12.00 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 p.m will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

REFUND POLICY

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card/original payment method statement.
