Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING: We offer free shipping for all prepaid purchases above Rs. 400. Transactions below this value will be charged Rs. 50. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 days from receipt of order and payment.
But In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
RETURN POLICY
This item is non-returnable due to the consumable (grocery and gourmet foods) nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item(s) delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through Call/WhatsApp no +91-9871878080 or email us at colavita.mipl@gmail.com. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted with appropriate pictures.
Colavita India will consider the order delivery “failed” if Delivery is not done due to the wrong address. In such case delivery charges will be levied as applicable.
Dispatch: Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 12.00-noon p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12.00 noon will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
REFUND POLICY
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card/original payment method statement.
